Dear Members and Fellow Professionals Colleagues,

Since its inception in 1985, the ICAI Bahrain Chapter has upheld a legacy of excellence, built through the vision and dedication of past leaders. Over the years, it has evolved into one of the most vibrant and respected overseas chapters of ICAI—united by purpose and driven by community.

As I step into the role of Chairperson for the term 2025–2026, I do so with deep gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility. My own journey with this Chapter began in 2016, when I attended my very first event—the Annual Conference. That day left a lasting impression. The speakers were truly inspiring, the camaraderie among members was heartwarming, and as a young Chartered Accountant, it was a proud moment to sit among some of the finest financial minds of Bahrain. That experience sparked my commitment to this community, which continues to grow stronger with each passing year.

Our theme for the year is “Future is Here.” This reflects our belief that the future isn’t something far off—it’s shaped by what we do today. We aim to introduce several forward-looking initiatives—such as new learning formats, startup events and fintech products, and legacy-building collaborations—that serve both present and future generations of professionals.

Together with a passionate Executive Committee, we are committed to making your engagement with the Chapter more meaningful, connected, and rewarding.
